This website, firgurs.com, is operated by StitchAura LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as "Firgurs". Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to StitchAura LLC (Firgurs). 1. Products and personalization

Our products are made to order using the photos, names and text you provide. Product images and previews on the site are illustrations; your finished item is made by hand from your own photo, so small differences in color, detail and proportions are normal and are not defects. You are responsible for checking the spelling and details of your personalization before placing your order.

2. Your content

By uploading photos or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful or explicit content. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to make and deliver your order. We do not use customer photos in our marketing without your permission. We may refuse any order whose content we consider inappropriate or infringing, including copyrighted characters, trademarks and logos.

3. Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full. Prices and product availability may change without notice.
