Cancellation & Modification Policy

Every Firgurs order is personalized and goes into production quickly, so the sooner you reach us, the more we can do.

Within 6 hours of placing your order

• You can change your personalization (name, text, photo), product options or shipping address.
• You can cancel for a full refund.

After 6 hours

Your order is locked for production and can no longer be changed or cancelled. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match your personalization, our Refund & Replacement Policy still protects you.

How to request a change or cancellation

1. Email contact@firgurs.com with your order number and the exact change you need (attach the new photo if you're replacing one).
2. We will confirm by email whether the change was applied before production started.

During busy seasons, please allow a little extra time for us to reply. Requests are honored based on the time your email was received.
