What photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo where his face (and his catch or trophy) is easy to see works best. Phone photos are fine. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses or very dark shots if you can.

Can I add a name or a short message?

Yes. Most products include a name field on the product page. Please double-check spelling before you check out — we make it exactly as typed.

Will it look exactly like the preview?

Product photos and previews are illustrations. Each piece is made by hand from your own photo, so details will follow your photo.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping within the US takes 10–15 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

See our Refund & Replacement Policy. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, email us at contact@firgurs.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
